Your habit data
Stored on your device and synced to your private iCloud database when iCloud is available.
Fupori helps you keep track of habits. This policy explains what stays on your device, what can sync through iCloud, and what the app sends to analytics and diagnostics providers.

Stored on your device and synced to your private iCloud database when iCloud is available.
A third-party analytics service receives limited app-use events and an anonymous installation identifier. Older builds also send IP-derived approximate location.
A third-party diagnostics service receives crash, error, and performance information to help us fix problems.
Fupori stores the information you enter or create while using the app, including habit names and schedules, reminders, completion history, companion progress, achievements, and care rewards. It also saves app preferences such as your display name, theme, notification choice, and first-use date.
This information is stored on your device. The production app uses Apple's CloudKit to sync habit and progress records through your private iCloud database when iCloud is available. Apple stores that synced data in your iCloud account. The developer cannot view your private database in the CloudKit developer portal.
The app's widget reads a small snapshot shared locally between the app and its widget. Habit reminders are scheduled as notifications on your device.
In the production app, a third-party analytics service receives limited events for app launches, onboarding completion, habit creation and completion, viewed app sections, and selection of a companion type. These events use fixed action, section, and companion-type identifiers. They do not include habit names, custom companion names, your display name, or the contents of your habit history. We use them to understand which features people use and improve the app.
Analytics events include a randomly generated installation identifier that can associate events from the same installation, event time, app version and environment, and device details such as model and operating system. This identifier is not your Apple Account or advertising identifier. The service receives your IP address to handle network requests, and the project is configured to discard the raw IP address from stored analytics events. Older app builds allow the service to derive approximate location, such as city and country, from that address. The next app update will disable this location enrichment for analytics events. We do not request GPS location. Automatic screen and control capture and session replay are disabled.
A third-party diagnostics service receives crash and error reports and sampled performance traces to help us diagnose problems. Reports can include an anonymous installation identifier, app and device details, stack traces, and automatic records of navigation and interactions before an error. The service may process an IP address and derive approximate location such as country or city. Fupori disables default personal-information collection and does not enable the service's separate log collection feature. Automatic diagnostic context can still contain information from errors or interface labels, so reports may contain personal information.
Installation identifiers can link usage or diagnostic records to the same installation even though we do not require an app account. We do not use this information for advertising, share it with data brokers, or combine it with data from other companies for advertising tracking.
CloudKit handles sync for the app's private iCloud data. You can use Fupori without an app account; iCloud sync depends on your device's Apple Account and iCloud settings.
Our analytics and diagnostics providers process information for the purposes described above. You can read Apple's privacy policy for information about iCloud.
You can edit or delete habits in Fupori. You can turn off habit reminders in the app or change notification permission in iOS Settings. You can manage Fupori's iCloud access in your device's iCloud settings.
The current app has no in-app switch for analytics or diagnostics. To stop new data from being sent by the app, stop using it or remove it from your device. If you have a privacy request about data already sent, use the contact link below.
Removing Fupori deletes its local app data from that device. If you used iCloud sync, copies can remain in your private iCloud storage and on your other devices. You can manage that storage through your Apple Account's iCloud settings.
Our analytics and diagnostics providers keep information according to their service settings and applicable retention policies. Contact us to ask about access to or deletion of information held through those services. We may need enough information to find the relevant records, and some requests may be limited by what can be identified or by legal requirements.
